We’ll arrange for the transportation of your loved one from the place of death to our facility. Whether from hospice, a nursing home, or your personal residence, we will pick up your loved one.
Prior to cremation, there is a stade-mandated 48-hour holding period. During this time, we’ll coordinate with the Medical Examiner and work with you to collect all of the information and vital statistics required to obtain a Connecticut Death Certificate. Following that, our licensed funeral directors will carry out your loved one’s wishes.
Once cremation has taken place, we will work with you and your family to arrange the final disposition or return of the cremated remains. This includes coordinating the graveside or memorial service per your wishes.
For an immediate burial service, we’ll coordinate with cemetery for interment and arrange the memorial or graveside service as necessary. We can help you find a suitable burial plot as well.
Regardless of your choice of burial or simple cremation, our packages include everything that you require to ensure that your loved one is cared for professionally, with dignity, and in accordance with their wishes.
